Q: Where is your company located?
A: Our factory is located in Zhengzhou, China. We don't have any branches in other countries. All of our products are made in China.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It depends on the pattern and order quantity. Generally, for the existing patterns, the bulk lead time is 10-15 days after we receive the deposit. For the new patterns, we need time to develop the plates, the bulk lead time will be extended to around to 25-30 days.
Q: What is your terms of payment and trade?
A:The payment term will be FOB/CFR/CIF/EXW/DDU/DDP, and our payment terms could be T/T in advance, L/C and D/P.
Q: Which products are you specializing in?
A: We are professional in producing XPE baby play mat, EVA foam mats, EPE baby play mat, water play mat, gym baby play mat with piano or without music and the cotton baby play mat.
Q: Can we use our own pattern or printings to make the mats?
A: Yes, we can customize the mats for our customers, e.g: dimensions, thickness, colors, hardness, heat transfer printings and patterns. If you use our patterns, it will be free to use it. But if you have your own pattern and printing, we need to develop plates or molds to make your customized mats.
