The model GHX-320CNC5 heavy-duty CNC gear hobbing machine is of 4 axes CNC one, its 4 axes coordinated control: B, C, X and Z axis. An extra Y-axis--the hob shifting is controlled by servo-motor. The series economic machines are designed to cut cylindrical spur & helical gears, crowning or slightly tapered gears, etc, and can bear capacity of heavy load under powerful and high speed cutting. It is suited for the industries that produce gears in mass production, such as automobile, engineering machinery, etc.
Performance and Feature
1. Being of vertical design, main bulky components like bed and column adopt the double-wall construction with large-sized reinforce-rib, rectangular and ample guideways covered with Teflon, so the machine features conpact construction, short transmission chain and high accuracy. Axial(Z-axis) and radial(X-axis) feed axes are driven by AC servo motors through preloaded ball screws. All guideways are automatic lubricated.
2. The frequency-converter for spindle drive, CNC controller, and the key hydraulic components are all from the reputable manufacturers.
3. The machine with high degree of automation can work in several square cycles, in addition, cutting parameters can also be changed automatically in each square cycle. Either climb or conventional method may be used. Meanwhile the machine can cut workpiece with using multi-start hob and higher feed rate.
4. CNC control system: FANUC system is used as standrad, SIEMENS system is altemative one. The machine with high degree of automation can work repeatedly under the square cycles. Changing radial feed rate, selection of climb pf conventional hobbing, hob shifting functions are available.
5. The main components of control system are supplied by renowned companies.
